One of the most powerful elements of this work has been HWI’s Indigenous Leaders Advisory Circle (“ILAC”), who for one year have guided and informed the work of the 61 HWI projects. The formidable leaders who comprise ILAC have provided several recommendations on the Province of BC’s engagement on a permanent Watershed Security Fund and Strategy.
